What we collect

When you submit the coaching application or the booking form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly, so that we can answer you and set up your free intro call:

• Your name and contact information (email address and phone number)
• Your Instagram handle and how you'd prefer to be contacted
• Fitness background, health goals, and relevant lifestyle details you share in the application — including your training experience, availability, start date, and what has held you back
• Your coaching path preference (online or in-person) and, for in-person, your side of El Paso, gym situation, and preferred training time
• Whether you ticked either of the optional SMS consent boxes

Your phone number is used to reach you about your application and your call. It is used to send you text messages only if you opt in to texts on the form.

We do not collect payment information through this site. We do not use cookies for advertising. We do use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how people find and use this page, including aggregate traffic measurement and anonymized session-activity tools (such as heatmaps and screen-interaction replays) that help us improve the site. These tools mask the text you type, so the details you enter in the application form are not recorded.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to:

• Review your application and determine whether we're a good fit
• Contact you about your application, your free intro call, and coaching options
• Send appointment reminders and follow-ups related to your coaching journey

We will not contact you for unrelated marketing purposes, and we will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

How your data is processed

Application data is stored and managed through GoHighLevel (GHL), a CRM platform we use to track applications, manage client communication, and schedule appointments. GHL processes data on servers in the United States. You can review GoHighLevel's privacy practices at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.

Email and SMS communications are delivered through GHL's built-in messaging tools. Your contact details are used only within this system and are not shared with external email or SMS marketing platforms.

Text message (SMS) consent

Text messages (SMS) from Les Live Fit are optional. On the application and booking forms you can opt in, separately, to non-marketing texts (about your application, your free intro call, and appointment reminders) and to marketing texts (coaching offers, tips, and updates). Checking these boxes is never required to submit the form, and they are never pre-checked. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. In practice, the only such subcontractor is GoHighLevel, the CRM described above, which delivers the messages you asked for.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time and you will no longer receive SMS from us. Reply HELP to any text for help. For email, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Data retention

We retain your application information for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage our coaching relationship or respond to your inquiry. If you would like your information removed, contact us using the details below and we will honor your request within a reasonable timeframe.
