What we collect

When you submit the coaching application on this site, we collect the information you provide directly:

  • Your name and contact information (email address and phone number)
  • Fitness background, health goals, and relevant lifestyle details you share in the application
  • Your coaching path preference (online or in-person)

We do not collect payment information through this site. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes beyond standard analytics that help us understand how people find and use this page.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to:

  • Review your application and determine whether we're a good fit
  • Contact you about your application, your free intro call, and coaching options
  • Send appointment reminders and follow-ups related to your coaching journey

We will not contact you for unrelated marketing purposes, and we will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

How your data is processed

Application data is stored and managed through GoHighLevel (GHL), a CRM platform we use to track applications, manage client communication, and schedule appointments. Email and SMS communications are delivered through GHL's built-in messaging tools. Your contact details are used only within this system and are not shared with external email or SMS marketing platforms.

Text message (SMS) consent

Text messages (SMS) are optional. On the application form you can opt in, separately, to non-marketing texts (about your application, your free intro call, and appointment reminders) and to marketing texts (coaching offers, tips, and updates). Checking these boxes is never required to submit the form, and they are never pre-checked. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

We do not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messaging you requested.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time and you will no longer receive SMS from us. For email, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Data retention

We retain your application information for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage our coaching relationship or respond to your inquiry. If you would like your information removed, contact us using the details below and we will honor your request within a reasonable timeframe.
