Agreement to these terms

By using this website and submitting the coaching application, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. Les Live Fit is a fitness and nutrition coaching business operated by Leslie Bernal in El Paso, Texas.

Text message (SMS) terms

If you opt in on the application form, Les Live Fit may send you recurring text messages (SMS). Consent is optional and is never a condition of applying. The program covers two message types you can opt into separately:

• Non-marketing messages about your coaching application, your free intro call, and appointment reminders.
• Marketing messages about coaching offers, tips, and updates.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us using the details below. To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time and you will no longer receive texts from that program.

We do not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us operate our messaging (for example, our CRM and SMS delivery provider), and only to deliver the service you requested.

About the coaching

Submitting an application does not create a coaching relationship or guarantee acceptance. Any coaching engagement begins only after a separate agreement is in place.

Fitness and nutrition coaching is for general wellness and educational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a licensed physician. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Always consult your doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
